I believe that bodywork can truly make a difference in how you experience your body, and how your body can live your life. My treatments begin with a combination of gentle skeletal rocking and soft joint jiggling that lengthen the body and warm the soft tissue. Once the muscular system is opened this way, the gentle deep tissue massage can be done with soft weighted touch rather than force. Tension yields and breath deepens. The treatment is completed by soothing the nervous system with CranioSacral work. All systems are touched, the whole body experience is transformed.
I work with clients who want to treat pain, heal injury, correct posture, increase movement and enhance the quality of their lives. Clients leave my office longer, taller, more centered and balanced, and with more options for living life to their fullest capacity.
Clients can explore and practice new movements, stretches or exercises with a variety of equipment and props in a small private yoga studio that is right next to the massage room. I can bill any insurance that has given prior authorization for massage therapy.
