My name is Den (short for Denis), and I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT) based in Houston, TX. I am focused on delivering great massages: relaxing and deep tissue, and making my clients feel their best! I use trigger point therapy, muscle energy, and stretching techniques to improve joint mobility while promoting flexibility and blood supply to soft tissues. Massage therapy offers not only a physical relief but also serves as an effective remedy for anxiety and depression by promoting release of oxytocin and endorphins. I will be happy to answer your questions and work with you on your personalized wellness plan.
I offer classic Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, gua-sha, cupping, and sports massages.
