Hello, Let me introduce myself. My name is Cindy. I've been a dedicated licensed massage therapist for 15yrs. I strive to calm, address, and facilitate all aspects of stressed muscles, injury due to chronic inflammations or just relieving anxiety by creating a healing effect of the body mind connection. I strive to balance a clients wellbeing through better mobility and a relaxed state of mind.
I have studied and use many techniques in my practice which I customize with what is needed and desired by the client. Relaxing swedish, customized combo- swedish and deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, hot/cold stone, stretching, reflexology/feet, cupping, scalpmassage, body scrubs aromatherapy, energywork.
I've addressed clients of all ages with fibromyalgia, arthritis, neck problems, fused spines, lymphedema, cluster headaches, migraines, anxiety, hyper-tention, and cancer or those who just need to relax.
