Specific attention will be given to troublesome trigger points and tight muscles, manual lymphatic drainage helps detox waste products from your tissue. Passive stretching will increase joint range of motion, and gentle to deep focused strokes will relax and rejuvenate you.
My training includes Advanced Neuromuscular, Myofascial and Orthopedic Manual Therapy, AIS Stretching, Cranial Somatic Therapy, Prenatal massage, Swedish and Esalen massage, Certified Ingham-Method Reflexologist, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Also, I offer support with digestion and diet through being a Certified Natural Healthcare Professional.
