I began my career in Massage Therapy in, 2000, when I graduated from the Baltimore School of Massage and earned my National Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am fluent in trigger point, Swedish, deep tissue, and myofascial release. Clients appreciate my firm, strong touch, my intuition, and my specific knowledge of anatomy. Also, I prides myself on my ability to tune into my client's tissues and feel the minute changes that occur, enabling me to respond to the body rather than intrude on it. Each of my sessions is individually tailored to meet the client's needs.

I am a mobile massage therapist, and provide therapy to those in good health, or those wanting to improve their health. Stress, Pain, Inflammation may be reduced and Flexibility, Circulation and Relaxation may increase with massage therapy. I launched my private practice in 1996. Since 2015 my continuing studies encompass on-going exploration in advanced anatomy & physiology through Kinections, Inc. (Sacramento CA) & Bay Grass Institute (Lutherville MD). This has allows me to combine the various modalities I'm trained & certified in to what I call Integrative Somatic Therapy. These studies are based on the most current research & practices so that I can always provide the best level of soft tissue treatments.

Victoria Goldsten has been caring for the sick since 1973. Her first health care experience was in nursing at several local hospitals and health care facilities. She later studied and became certified in: Homeopathy, Reiki, Lymphatic Drainage, Chakra Balancing, Acupressure, and Hypnotherapy. She has a B.S. degree in Nursing and a Doctorate degree in Homeopathy. She is currently practicing as an Integrative Homeopath and Massage Therapist in the District of Columbia and Maryland. She is Licensed in Nursing and Massage by the State of Maryland and Washington, D.C. She is currently working as the Director and a practitioner at the Washington Institute.

Janine has 30 years of experience as a Massage Therapist. She has studied many massage modalities. Among them are Deep Tissue, Swedish, Acupressure, Craniosacral Therapy, Reiki, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Vedic Thai Yoga Bodywork, Prenatal Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. Lymphatic Drainage is recommended for post-surgery and general detoxification of the body.
