Because of innate wisdom and intuition, I am quite capable of treating many diverse issues using various modalities like myofascial release, trigger point, deep tissue, hot stones, Red Light therapy & Fascia Tools GuaSha and Fascia Blasters to reduce adhesions and scar tissue .
I specialize in pain relief therapy with minimum discomfort as I do deep muscle relaxation. I use blended modalities to rid knots release, toxin removal and lactic acid build-up while promoting overall relaxation; I use infrared sauna and fascia-blasting on most clients to open tissues. I also do Body Contouring for lipo- slimming and cellulite reduction
