Michelle has been been a licensed massage therapist for 30 years. She only integrates cutting edge, advanced, manual soft tissue therapies into your massage. Thus, creating a successful outcome. Myofascial Release is performed by maintaining pressure into the connective tissue. It is the time element and precise amount of pressure creating a melting of the tissue. This releases the myofascial restrictions that have been causing pain and discomfort. In addition, integrated are Graston Technique (instrument assisted) and facilitated stretching.
Michelle evaluates and treats each person as a unique individual, treating the cause of the problem to eliminate pain and dysfunction.
