I have been a massage therapist for approximately 25 years and feel blessed to bring relief to others pain and discomforts. I often use a combination of techniques and all treatments are based on the individual's needs. I may use Swedish massage, deep tissue, stretching, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and hot stones, all in one treatment. I am also a Reiki Practitioner. My main focus is therapeutic massage.
Massage therapy is useful for many conditions, in addition to relaxation and stress relief. That being said, not every massage has to be a treatment for a problem. Massage just feels good and you don't have to have a problem per se to benefit from it.
