My work is very holistic in nature and each treatment is customized according to what your body is needing. I will address specific areas of concern while also encouraging the vital health and movement of all of your body systems including the central nervous system, circulatory system, organs, muscles, bones and fascia. In this way many health issues, chronic pain, old injuries, underlying stress and patterns of disease are naturally addressed. Individuals experience long sought relief from pain and come away feeling more deeply restored as the work allows the body a re-set or new way of being.
I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy and Visceral Manipulation. These therapies address the body in a deeper way and I find a way to incorporate them into each treatment. I have many years of experience and continued education yet mostly am honored for the deepening and learning that takes place during each session.
