I am fully licensed and accredited with 1500 hours of training and an extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology. I pull from a deep pool of experience and always have your well-being in mind. Over the years I have acquired extensive knowledge, working for various health spa's, chiropractors and doctors enabling me to specializing in treating chronic & acute injuries.
I graduated from the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts in 1998. My training includes Swedish, Deep Tissue, Medical Massage, Cranio Sacral, Lomi Lomi, Structural Integration,Shiatsu,,Aromatherapy, Spa treatments, Reflexology, Hot Stone Massage, Healing & Energy Work.
After attending the La Stone Hot Stone Massage training in 1998 I started to develop my own technique creating a session that not only facilitates deep states of relaxation but also addresses structural issues to create a truly individual experience.
