I focus on educating patients on simple changes they can make and what balance can do to improve all aspects of health. Often symptoms resolve that the patient never told me about until after it went away.
Dr. Pena seeks to find the underlying cause of your issues and correct them to achieve balance, a holistic approach. She emphasizes the educational aspect of your healthcare, as well as the healing aspect. This may include nutritional changes, home exercises and muscle stretching or yoga to balance the body.
We treat all ages from infants to seniors with safe and effective chiropractic adjustments, spinal decompression, cold laser therapy, nutritional counseling/classes, exercise and stretch training, and ergonomics training.
