I am now in my 31st yr. of practice at the same location. I find it important to inform my patients in the many ways of doing their daily activities examp.-stretching exercises, how to exit their bed upon awakening, how to lift, bend, bear weight, etc. I have found over the long run that it is how the patient handles these activities that PREVENT many of the conditions and furtherance of the conditions they already have. I find that patients that follow these ideas have a much better reaction to spinal manipulation.
I have undertaken the addition of the COX FLEXION/DISTRACTION table and assoc. therapy because I find that it is vastly superior to typical rotational adjusting for the management of LUMBAR DISC HERNIATION and its assoc. sciatica.
