There are no limitations as to who we can help through chiropractic care. I use a variety of techniques for my patients depending on what they need, for gentle but effective adjustments: activator or drop table. Activator is a spring loaded instrument that delivers quick low force impulses to the spine. If patients are seeking a more traditional adjustment, we offer manual bone adjusting with specialized spinal decompression. We use several soft tissue techniques; rapid release, Active Release technique, and therapeutic bands to help with frozen shoulder, knee injuries, rotator cuff issues, sciatica and neck stiffness.
I encourage my patients a more lifestyle change through nutrition analysis with supplements, Doterra essential oils, and diet modifications. Also with exercise rehab and strength training specific areas to avoid any injuries. We provide injury risk evaluation and orthopedic evaluation for any extremities.
My goal is for my patients to continue to be active and live their optimal life with the assistance of keeping their joints moving through chiropractic care. We see many athletes, wellness care patients with no symptoms and those that have wear and tear from living their best life. I am also certified in Webster technique for pregnant moms.
