Our offices specialize in Auto Injuries, Work Injuries and Sports Injuries. We also specialize in DOT Physical exams and CDL Medical cards. Along with our Specialties, we are a family oriented practice and we treat people of all ages. Dr. Costa is a Certified Clinical Expert in Whiplash and Brain Traumatology/Head Injuries. Dr. Costa is also a DOT Certified Medical Examiner and the new Federal ruling states that your DOT/CDL physical has to be done by a DOT certified Physician or it will be invalid.
