When a patient comes to my office or consults through a telehealth appointment I like to get an in-depth story about their health experiences. Physical exams, blood tests, symptom journals, or imaging studies may be used to find a diagnosis. We rely on manual therapies, exercises, dietary changes, acupuncture and supplements to make changes.
Though I was never diagnosed with a concussion, after playing football through college, the effects of all of those impacts were apparent. I had to speak out loud to remember what I was doing. I began to treat myself while in my chiropractic program until I began to feel normal again. I hope to help others regain who they are.
