My goal is to help people get healthy and strong and to literally age backwards. At an age of 76, I have a biological age of 57. You can do this. Specializing in chronic conditions, I have spent years studying why people , without apparent risk factors, suffer strokes, heart attacks and other serious ailments. Environmental toxins like mercury, herbicides and mold toxin can and do contribute to strokes and heart attacks. Cells must be fed their ancestry diet since we are all genetically locked in. If not, nutritional deficiencies arise and and cell function suffers. Your personal required ancestry diet can be determined.
Everyone should be screened for toxins, deficiencies and allergies . No one thinks they are deficient; Many are omega 3 deficient. This decreases strength, power and reflexes decreasing athleticism increasing injuries. I have 50 years experience as a holistic healer and over 60 years as a student of physical culture and nutrition.
