I enjoy educating others on how to manage stress better, how to prevent injury in the workplace and at home, and how to maintain peak performance in all facets of life. My focus is on treating the family. I have a great deal of experience dealing with children's issues. Often times, I am asked to help with a child with a behavioral (e.g. ADHD) or neurological problem like a tic disorder, and realize that the parents are in pain or have a chronic condition, and haven't been taking care of themselves because they have been so focused on taking care of their children. That's why I make home visits. When I see the interplay of personal relationships and caregiving, I'm able to help more effectively.

My ideal patient is someone who does not want to mask their pain with medication. He or she wants to find out what is wrong and wants to correct the problem. I treat all kinds of musculoskeletal conditions including but not limited to neck, headaches, shoulder, hip, back, knee, sciatica, feet and arthritis. The chiropractic adjustment varies from gentle manipulation to manual manipulation. Adjunctive therapy available at the office includes ultrasound, electric muscle stimulation, cervical/lumbar traction, hot/cold packs and cold laser therapy. The adjustment and therapy is tailored to the individual patient.
