"I am now in my 31st yr. of practice at the same location. I find it important to inform my patients in the many ways of doing their daily activities examp.-stretching exercises, how to exit their bed upon awakening, how to lift, bend, bear weight, etc. I have found over the long run that it is how the patient handles these activities that PREVENT many of the conditions and furtherance of the conditions they already have. I find that patients that follow these ideas have a much better reaction to spinal manipulation."
