I practice the gentle Japanese stye of acupuncture and I have trained in Tokyo, Japan in both 2006 and 2007. I have 15 years of experience in the field of acupuncture and I specialize in the treatment of chronic pain and injury rehabilitation, especially back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, and foot and ankle pain and headaches. I have also had great success in treating women's health issues, particularly PMS, cramping, infertility, prenatal care and menopause.

In my practice, with the blending of Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture, along with Asian body work, I will strive to bring your being in balance and wellness to your Body and mind. I specialize in pain management for acute trauma and chronic injuries, physical and emotional fatigue, women's health and issues of aging, including Facial Rejuvenation.

I have spent the last 15 years working as Registered Nurse and have worked in a variety of hospital settings. In 2014 I spent 3 months in rural Nepal volunteering in a fast paced clinic, treating a wide-range of diseases. I love being challenged and working with all types of patients. I maintained an acupuncture practice for 10 years in a community health center affiliated with Bastyr University in Kent, WA I am a graduate of the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago and board certified in acupuncture (NCCAOM) since 1988. Also I practiced in Chicago in a rheumatology practice, along side with EMG specialists, Internal medicine MD's
