My needling style is gentle, I'm told, and my massage style is effective without leaving you feeling too bruised. There are two broad areas I treat: 1. Pain - all kinds but especially successful with backs and shoulders. I have studied and use some non-needle pain relieving techniques like NST and Kaufman Technique. 2. Imbalances - I treat through nutrition and herbs various imbalances in the patient - blood sugar syndromes, adrenal weaknesses, thyroid problems, liver issues, digestive disorders, etc.

My practice style begins with a deep listening as a new patient describes their reason for coming in. Most conditions are some combination of physical and emotional imbalance which then manifest at the symptom level. Unraveling the underlying imbalance is the key to a long term resolution of the symptoms. Treatment may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, massage, diet and lifestyle changes. I also like to teach patients about Chinese medicine, and their body's energetic systems through discussion and demonstration during their sessions.

Over 23 yrs of practice has taught me how to treat many different, complex health issues and stress & pain management. I specialized in Infertility and Women's Health for many years & still provide on-site acupuncture for IVF patients the day of their embryo transfer. Dr. Jiang is a licensed acupuncturist in Oregon. She has been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for more than 20 years. She is a certified TCM gynecologist, infertility specialist. She did a study in PMS with auricular acupuncture in China and received her master degree in gynecology with acupuncture in 2000. She has tremendous experience in treating gynecological conditions such as infertility, irregular periods, menstrual cramps, hormonal imbalance, PMS, menopausal syndrome, endometriosis, fibroids and functional uterine bleeding, etc.
