A native of China, Dr. Lu is widely recognized as an exceptionally knowledgeable and experienced senior practitioner in the arts of acupuncture, herbal medicine and Chinese tuina massage for two decades. Formally educated and trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine, both in China and the U.S., and with 20 years of teaching, research, and clinical experience in those two countries, Dr. Lu has helped thousands of patients to achieve their goals of living healthy and happier lives.

I offer Japanese Bodywork. It is a unique blend of massage, acupuncture, and stretching instructions that you can easily follow at home. It is an all encompassing modality that enables you to improve your health mechanically and energetically. Since 2004, I have treated migraine headaches, back pains, shoulder pains, frozen shoulders, infertility, reproductive issues, digestive issues, TMJ, nerve pains, fibromyalgia, MS, insomnia, and anxiety.

I find that acupuncture almost always helps patients with pain, both in the short and long terms. My needling style is gentle, I'm told, and my massage style is effective without leaving you feeling too bruised. I am thorough and make it a point to listen carefully your story so I can give you the best treatment possible.
