As an RN and a Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, my passion is combining my knowledge of western medicine with my extensive training in Eastern Medicine to offer my patients a truly integrative approach to health. Through Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine modalities, patients soon discover that both recent and long-standing issues such as pain, digestive disorders, emotional issues, insomnia, infertility, auto-immune disease and more can be treated naturally and effectively. I am a Certified Chinese Herbalist and can prescribe natural herbs to treat a variety of symptoms.
Having directed the Acupuncture department at Mount Sinai Beth Israel's Cancer Center, I am comfortable treating both acute and chronic issues that vary from very mild to quite severe.
I accept most insurance plans and offer a sliding scale payment system for patients who may have financial difficulty paying for treatment. My goal is to make natural medicine available to everyone who seeks it.
