S. Erin Baldt, DAc, received her training from Southwest Acupuncture College in Santa Fe, NM and is board certified by the National Certification Committee for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. She is vice president of the RI Society of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. Her internships have included: oncology, women's health, and spinal pain. She has staff privileges at Roger Williams Med, Ctr, and has a professional affiliation with the N.E, Anesthesiology Pain Management Ctr. She is on staff at The Miriam Hospital - specializing in the care of Oncology/Hematology patients. Dr. Baldt is also a member of the American Academy of Pain Management.
Many times, it takes the combing of both eastern and western medicine to help heal patients. Because of my affiliations, I feel like I have a foot in both worlds. I have a straightforward and results-oriented approach. I love what I do and it shows!
My pastimes include: photography, my two wonderful dogs, beautiful vistas, reading, good conversations, horticulture, shooting trap/skeet and sporting clays and learning new things. I am honored to be able to facilitate healing in my fabulous patients. I am a member of the Irish Ceilidhe Club of Rhode Island and a volunteer at Amos House.
