Dr. Liu graduated the top ranked acupuncture major at Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1986. He worked in the largest Oriental Medicine hospitals in Tianjin as the Chief Resident using a combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for diagnosing and treating various diseases. Dr. Liu also obtained his Ph. D. degree and published in the top peer-reviewed journal Neuroscience Research (2000).
