I believe people can heal themselves when given the right plan and priorities. I have been in practice for close to twenty years focusing on Acupuncture and Sports Medicine. During this time I have worked with professional athletes, musicians, recreational athletes, adults and children. My passion is taking someone who is acutely out of balance and seeing them through to full function. I do this by integrating acupuncture, acupressure, exercise, nutrition, breathing techniques, herbal therapies, and nutriceuticals.
I integrate my backgrounds in Exercise Physiology, Biomechanics, and Oriental Medicine into a comprehensive Functional Medicine Program for my clients. I see the body as fully capable of healing itself when properly listened to and given the right nutrients, rest, and exercise programs.
I own a Functional Medicine Center in Novato, California and work with 13 other Health Care Practitioners. We work together seamlessly to provide the greatest quality of care for our clients. We have Bodyworkers, Chiropractic Care, Naturopathy, CranioSacral, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Homeopathy, and other Complimentary Care Professionals.
