I am a lover of the arts, meditation, healing and bringing peace to the world, one person at a time. I have been meditating since my teens and it gave me a lot of reprieve from anxiety, grief, pain and more. I have four cats, a husband, a beautiful daughter, stepdaughters and a home. I love dance, yoga, hiking and more. I grew up in the bay area in California, I am also of german descent and grew up traveling all over Europe and lived in france, this gave me a broader view of life. I studied Theatre in Seattle, WA.
