I am the owner and director of the Bronx Community Wellness Center, a pioneer eastern medicine clinic in the heart of Westchester Square. I also have a private located in Union Square, Manhattan. Although I treat numerous conditions, I tend to specialize in pain management, digestive disorders, emotional issues, and facial rejuvenation. My goal with every treatment is to alleviate pain, treat disease, and promote general health to prevent disease. Overall, my mission is to provide acupuncture and massage therapy that is both effective and affordable for my patients to get well and stay well.

I graduated the top of my class from Beijing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1989. I had worked at Beijing Hospital in the acupuncture department for 13 years. I came to the USA to take a clinical acupuncturist position offered to me in 2002 and I started my own business in 2003. I have experience in pain management, neuropathy, trigger finger, plantar fasciitis, PMS, infertility, menopause, GERD, IBS, allergy, anxiety, depression, rejuvenation, and weight loss etc. My office also offer Chinese herbals and supplements treatment for all kinds of medical condition such as depression, Lyme disease, menopause, pain etc..

We work with people who struggle with dis-ease and restriction and who would like to be comfortable in their bodies. Yan Yan Yu, LAc graduated from Liao Ning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1982 and practiced at Acupuncture at Liao Ning University Hospital of Traditional Medicine before moving to the United States. She has over 40 years of experience in treating patients with internal medicine, OB/GYN, infertility, to pain management aliments, and specializes in Acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, and cupping techniques.

David Li is a New York State licensed acupuncturist and Board-certified in both acupuncture and Chinese herbology with over 25 years clinical and teaching experience. Specialize in all kinds of pain problems. David Li graduated from Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of three top Chinese medical schools in China. David Li practiced in China at the Taishan City Hospital of TCM for 5 years in orthopedic surgery and pain management. He worked in Bellevue Hospital Center in New York City as certified surgical technologist for four years. David Li also taught acupuncture in the American International Acupuncture Institute.
