Oliver's journey into healing arts began in 1982. As a practitioner of acupuncture and Chinese medicine who specializes in Traumatology (Ditda-Shangke), he received extensive apprenticeship training in the States, Hong Kong, and Beijing under several reputable first-generation physicians, esoteric healers of Eastern medicine, and venerable masters of traditional martial arts since childhood. Oliver also served as a clinical intern and mentored at various facilities including American Institute of Acupuncture Orthopedics & Traumatology, California Pacific Medical Center, and Yueyang Hospital of Integrative Medicine in Shanghai, China.

My ideal client is interested in returning themselves to optimal health, and is interested in doing what it takes to achieve that. I use acupuncture and Functional Medicine- science based herbalism and nutrition- to help them achieve these goals. I specialize in treating orthopedic pain conditions, Hashimotos's thyroiditis, Metabolic Syndrome, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue, autoimmune, digestive, inflammatory, and chronic ill health conditions. The mechanisms behind these are one and proper identification of the underlying issues and proper treatment and lifestyle modification can have a dramatic impact. I use modern lab work along with traditional methods to identify these issues.

In my professional experience as an acupuncturist I have had the privilege of getting to know some really wonderful people. Each patient brings their unique health challenges which provide us both with the opportunity to learn what it means to be truly ALIVE! I have been in Chinese Medical Practice since 1986 after graduating from California Acupuncture College. I then enrolled in the Doctorate program at Samra Univ. of Oriental Medicine and received my credential in August 1988. I was licensed by the NCAA until 2007 and participated in their testing & licensing program. In 1996, I had the pleasure of being part of a group to study acupuncture in a hospital setting at the XiYuan Hospital of PRC and attend the 2nd International Symposium on Medical Qi Gong. The group was present for the opening ceremonies of the first government sponsored Medical Qi Gong Academy where we also underwent a rigorous course of training. In January 2006 I completed the Acupuncture Orthopedics course given by Lerner Education and received my credential to become a Diplomate of Acupuncture Orthopedics (NBAO).

I have had a private acupuncture practice in Berkeley for 25 years and I specialize in the treatment of reproductive health for both men and women. I have helped many couples with their infertility challenges. I also have a special degree in acupuncture orthopedics and many years of experience treating acute and chronic muscular-skeletal pain. I have successfully completed post graduate training in orthopedics and subsequently developed powerful treatment for relieving pain and healing disc injuries of the neck and back. My extensive training and years of clinical experience in this specialty, result in excellent outcomes for a wide variety of neuromuscular conditions including: carpel tunnel, tendonitis and other joint injuries and neck and back pain. I have extensive training in allergy elimination to treat both airborne and food allergies. My thirty year of clinical experience has also given me confidence and knowledge to work with Women's health, digestion issues and habit control.

I do not simply attempt to treat symptoms, nor do I treat diseases. I treat people. My focus in practicing TCM is holistic; I seek to understand the entire person and the health pattern they have. I'm Dr. Hyun Shin, practicing in Chino Valley area including Chino, Chino Hills, Ontario, Pomona, Eastvale and Corona. 'Life without Pain' is everybody's hope. My clinic specialty is 'SEVERE TENACIOUS CHRONIC PAIN' which is highly difficult to manage. In case, prolonged intake of medication causes tolerance and side effects but recommended surgery is reluctant. I have been preventing surgery for later stage musculoskeletal cases long years. I practice traditional acupuncture, dry needling, orthopedic manual therapy, traditional Asian herbs. I have 25 year experience of handling various severe degenerative dysfunctions.

Dwayne Lee is board certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese herbology and has been practicing in North County San Diego since 2005. Dwayne earned his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego with extended study and grand rounds at the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has completed advanced training in Classical Chinese and Japanese-style Acupuncture as well as Tung Meridian Acupuncture for pain management and ZHU scalp Acupuncture to target neurological disorders.

As both a Licensed Acupuncturist and Dr. of Chiropractic, Dr. Bohnet has brought the knowledge and experience of two practices to help uncover the root of each patient's health problems. She oversees a clinic with chiropractors and acupuncturists who have decades of experience and enjoy treating the most difficult cases. I grew up in China and graduated from the Medical School of Chengdu Sports University, where I received my Bachelors degree in Medicine, with an emphasis on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and worked for several years as a certified orthopedic surgeon, acupuncture and massage physician. I am a NCCAOM board-certified acupuncturist and also have a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy as a result of my continued US education. I have thorough experience in treating a variety of acute and chronic conditions and their underlying causes, using a holistic approach through acupuncture, massage, and herbal medicine.

With over 5 decades of experience in various forms of holistic healing Gurudev has a vast reservoir of knowledge from which to draw on to help her patients empower themselves. Farahnaz Akhavan has worked in the alternative medicine and health care field for over 20 years. She worked in the field of OB/GYN and women's health for several years before becoming an alternative medicine practitioner. She also worked with the united nations as health care professional for two years. She has helped chronically ill patients for numerous years through pain management and nutritional / herbal consultation. She has post graduate training in pain management, migraine headache, and arthritis pain. She accepts attorney's lien for auto and work injuries.

Dr. Jennifer Moffitt has been active on the cutting edge of integrating science and intuitive energy styles of healing for over 35 years. Formerly a research scientist at UC Davis, her background in clinical chemistry and neuroscience allows a blend of both eastern and western medicine in a unique way. Jennifer completed her MSTOM at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and her doctorate at 5 Branches University. She has advanced training in clinical neuroscience, trauma work and primitive reflex integration. She is currently publishing her research and creating advanced trauma based clinical training at the post-doc level.
