Xiangjun Dong, mostly know as Winnie Dong, is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is nationally certified in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine by NCCAOM. Winnie is trained in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
