Dr. Frank Zhao is an acupuncture expert with over 40 years of practice. He graduated from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and earned his MD in TCM in 1984. He obtained an MD and Ph.D. in Neurology and Neurologic Sciences from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He was the Director of the Acupuncture Department in China and has been a Research Fellow in Herbology and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He is also the Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association, a Professor at the New York College of Health Professions, Board Member of United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists.
