Combining my experience of over 20 years as an Occupational Therapist, along with eleven years now as an Acupuncturist, I bring a compassionate, trauma informed study and hands on body wisdom to your treatment. Using various schools and methods of acupuncture and its related practices (diagnosis via the senses, touch, moxibustion, cupping, guasha, plum blossom, essential oils, crystals, magnets) we arrive at an understanding of the body-mind pattern and its treatment. I often prescribe Chinese herbs to address acute and chronic patterns. Modalities are selected based on your sensitivities and needs, as well as the levels we choose to address in treatment.
