In my practice I offer top quality, attentive, highly personalized and compassionate care to my patients. I have been in practice in New York and Connecticut for over 24 years.
In addition, I have 5 years of formal training in Chinese Herbal Medicine with several world renown teachers.
I practice a combination of Japanese/meridian style acupuncture which is well suited to a western population. This style offers a gentle approach to treatment that most patients find relaxing.
My treatment focuses on a "holistic" approach to healing which may include educating my patients about dietary or lifestyle modifications, stress reduction techniques or suggestions for Chinese herbal formulas. I treat acute and chronic pain, allergies, sinus problems, hormonal imbalances,PMS, menopausal issues, arthritis, digestive problems and many other disorders.
I have a Ph.D. in Psychology. I am also nationally board certified in acupuncture (NCCAOM).
In addition, I am certified in Nambudripad Allergy Elimination Technique (NAET) which is an acupuncture based allergy desensitization program.
