In my practice I offer a unique application of the classical aspects of Chinese Medicine. In Chinese Medicine, there is no separation between mind, body, or spirit. The Shen, or Spirit, is the animating force behind and within every physiological function. Whether my clients suffer from muscle or joint pains, glandular imbalance, menstrual or fertility issues, digestive or eating disorders, gallstones or gout, illuminating one's predisposition and the expression of Shen is where we discover the origination in recovering our health.
I have worked extensively with Planned Parenthood and the Federation of Feminist Women's Health Centers. This background has given me great insight into the nature of menstrual and hormonal irregularities. I have also studied and treated a large population of people suffering from endocrine imbalances, including hyper/hypo thyroid and adrenal fatigue.
My practice is greatly influenced by my ongoing studies with Master Jeffrey Yuen, an unparalled resource in the application of Classical Chinese Medicine. I have also had the honor to teach the Channel systems at both the clinical level as well as for Licensed practitioners.
