I have been meditating since my teens and it gave me a lot of reprieve from anxiety, grief, pain and more. I have four cats, a husband, a beautiful daughter, stepdaughters and a home. I grew up in the bay area in California, I am also of german descent and grew up traveling all over Europe and lived in france, this gave me a broader view of life. I studied Theatre in Seattle, WA. My favorite place to live was Santa Fe, New Mexico, the outdoors, arts, food and friendly people.
