My typical client has long term chronic conditions of pain, emotional trauma like anxiety, depression, burn-out, and digestive conditions combined with other conditions. Common issues include allergies, cold and flu symptoms, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue. Generally, my clients are looking for a natural and alternative way to treat their conditions as a compliment to their western treatments at a root cause level to eliminate symptoms for a long - term basis. Typically after a series of sessions, my committed clients will have long-term relief from their symptoms.

I work for the interest of the patient by bridging the discipline of modern science with the wisdom of ancient healing to develop an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic plan that will best address the patient's health conditions as a whole. Dr. Wan, Graduated from one of the best University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. She was a board certified Chinese Medicine Physician in China. In addition, Dr. Wan holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Medical Pharmacology from the University of Arizona, School of Medicine, which give her a significant insight and valuable experiences in both Eastern and Western Medicine. With her unique and in depth knowledge, Dr. Wan has been using acupuncture, evidence-based herbal remedies, dietary supplements, exercise and lifestyle counseling to help her patients overcome obstacles to their health.

I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Prior to my training in acupuncture and herbal medicine, I was a yoga instructor. I completed thorough, well-rounded teacher trainings with Robert Boustany as well as Ana Forrest. I now incorporate my knowledge of the breath, the body & finding balance ~ from the inside, out ~ to my acupuncture practice.

I, Sang Eun Kim, am a native of South Korea. Of all the Asian countries, acupuncture and Oriental medicine is most popular in my homeland and is practiced with high standards of quality. While a computer science Ph. D. student at Texas A&M University, I struggled with how I could best help other people who suffered from illness and how I could most effectively improve their longevity. Consequently, I shifted to the field of acupuncture and Oriental medicine. In 2006, I moved to Houston to complete my Master's at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (ACAOM).

I have been practicing and teaching acupuncture and oriental medicine for 30 years. I earned both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in China. In the U.S., I started applying my trade at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in 2010 and earned my acupuncture license in Texas in 2012.One of the projects in which I participated, the use of acupuncture to prevent dementia, received national and governmental awards. I have also published over 20 research papers on acupuncture and oriental medicine.
