Dr. Luo brings to her practice of acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) years of experience in both China and the United States. Luo’s years as a teacher and practitioner in hospitals, specialized clinics and private practice enable her to blend a compassionate understanding of patient needs with a balanced and sensible vision of health and healing through acupuncture and TCM. Dr. Xie (Dr. J) is a national board certified acupuncturist and herbalist (NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine). Dr. J is a licensed acupuncturist in Illinois and Wisconsin. He practiced traditional and conventional medicine in China from 1985 to 2005 as a physician and professor at Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. He has practiced acupuncture in USA since 2005. He currently is a Professor and a clinical supervisor at the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine. His training includes 5 years of medical school, 3 years of residency, 7 years of postgraduate training in traditional and conventional medicine.

I have been in practice in the United States for over 30 years and have extensive experience treating patients of varying ages and health conditions, from children to the elderly, and from professional athletes to those with chronic debilitating conditions. I have created my own style of treating chronic neck/shoulder and sciatic pain, it has been more successful then traditional acupuncture.
