I practice Traditional Chinese Medicine treating a wide spectrum of complaints from acute injuries to chronic diseases. As a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner, I treat the individual and not just the symptoms. My treatment modalities include acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, Chinese herbal prescriptions, cupping, gua sha, auricular (ear) acupuncture, Chinese medical massage, and dietary and lifestyle education/changes. I encourage my patients to be as involved in their treatment and health as I am. I like to educate and communicate and love when my patients ask me questions about how to become healthier!
My specialties are internal medicine, women's health including OB/GYN and fertility, and pain management relating to muscular and/or neurological issues. I also practice massage therapy specializing in postural realignment utilizing mainly deep tissue, myofascial, and neuromuscular therapy.
I received my masters degree at the Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2006 and have practicing since. In 2011, I received my doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the Oregon College of Oriental Medicine.
