Dr. Jay Chang has been treating patients for over 27 years. He is a nationally certified (NCCAOM) acupuncturist and holds a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology from the Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania. Prior to coming to the US, he studied at the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in China and practiced at the Beijing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Before he moved to Naples, Dr. Chang was the practicing acupuncturist with the Institute of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and OSF Healthcare Neurological Institute in Peoria, Illinois.

The unique combination of my experiences shaped my philosophy of my career: as a disciple of the royal branch of traditional Chinese medicine, I shall be humble and respectful to all my patients; as an educator I shall be warm-hearted and honest; as a scientist, I shall be open-minded and always keep my knowledge abreast with the most advanced understanding in life sciences. Dr. Phan is a Doctor of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture Physician at the Acupuncture and Skin Care Clinic. He is a graduate of the University of Hawaii with a B.Sc in Bio-chemistry. He completed 4 years of intensive post-graduate training in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine at the American College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He is also a registered massage therapist and NAET.

I have been practicing acupuncture for 33 years. I trained in China at the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University Medical School, Department of Neurology. I have also done advanced training in Classical Homeopathy at the Bengal Allen Medical Institute, Calcutta, India. I have continued to hone my skills through extensive postgraduate education.
