In my practice, with the blending of Five Element and Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture, along with Asian body work, I will strive to bring your being in balance and wellness to your Body and mind. I specialize in pain management for acute trauma and chronic injuries, physical and emotional fatigue, women's health and issues of aging, including Facial Rejuvenation.

By work with the energy chang in nature, restore our body's healing power, correct and prevent inbalance of energy flow within is the main focus of my practice.

I first discovered acupuncture while completing my pre-reqs with the intention of attending medical school at UW - I was struggling with migraines that Western Medicine was incapable of helping me with. An Acupuncturist was able to help me live a migraine free life what I couldn't have previously imagined was possible. I simply fell in love with the medicine and altered my course to pursue my Masters in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. Fast forward 14 years, I still love the medicine and am thrilled, on a daily basis, on how I am able to help people improve their lives with a natural, holistic approach to their health.

Ray graduated from medical school in China, where he had the opportunity to study and treat patients in hospitals with conditions such as musculoskeletal pain, sleep disorders, gynecology disorders, stroke, gastrointestinal disorders, upper respiratory disorders, emotional-related issues, urogenital conditions, chronic fatigue, circulatory, immune related and other stress-related problems.

I have spent the last 15 years working as Registered Nurse and have worked in a variety of hospital settings. In 2014 I spent 3 months in rural Nepal volunteering in a fast paced clinic, treating a wide-range of diseases. I love being challenged and working with all types of patients. My passion is to offer exceptional and affordable care to the community.

Her grandmother's stroke recovery through acupuncture treatment inspired her learning in acupuncture. Her mission is to provide the body's own natural healing abilities to restore optimal health.
