I am a lover of the arts, meditation, healing and bringing peace to the world, one person at a time. I have been meditating since my teens and it gave me a lot of reprieve from anxiety, grief, pain and more. I have four cats, a husband, a beautiful daughter, stepdaughters and a home. I love dance, yoga, hiking and more. I grew up in the bay area in California, I am also of german descent and grew up traveling all over Europe and lived in france, this gave me a broader view of life. I studied Theatre in Seattle, WA. My favorite place to live was Santa Fe, New Mexico, the outdoors, arts, food and friendly people.

My mission at Blue Sky Family Acupuncture is to help my patients thrive by helping them create and enact positive changes, as well as empowering my patients to take back control of their own health and wellness.
