I am a California Board and Nationally certified acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist. My specialty is in emotional concerns such as anxiety, stress, depression, and PTSD. I also specialize in Women's Health, including menopause, PMS, irregular/painful menses, breast health, and fertility issues. I also practice sports medicine techniques, including motor point and e-stim therapy. I work successfully with pain management, digestive issues, chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, as well as many other concerns that arise from stress and basic imbalances in our bodies and minds.
I am very interested in the inner tradition of Chinese medicine, which is concerned as much with the physical health as with spiritual and emotional wellbeing. It is my belief that when we are living our destiny, from a place of centeredness, we are less susceptible to illness.
