I am a native Houstonian who earned my Master's degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from The American College of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine. Prior to my training in acupuncture and herbal medicine, I was a yoga instructor. I completed thorough, well-rounded teacher trainings with Robert Boustany as well as Ana Forrest. I now incorporate my knowledge of the breath, the body & finding balance ~ from the inside, out ~ to my acupuncture practice.

My typical client has long term chronic conditions of pain, emotional trauma like anxiety, depression, burn-out, and digestive conditions combined with other conditions. Common issues include allergies, cold and flu symptoms, asthma, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, hormonal imbalances, and fatigue. Generally, my clients are looking for a natural and alternative way to treat their conditions as a compliment to their western treatments at a root cause level to eliminate symptoms for a long - term basis. Typically after a series of sessions, my committed clients will have long-term relief from their symptoms.

I work for the interest of the patient by bridging the discipline of modern science with the wisdom of ancient healing to develop an integrated diagnostic and therapeutic plan that will best address the patient's health conditions as a whole. My principles are focus on overall health, wellness and disease prevention. My knowledge of the chemistry and physics bring a unique perspective to TCM and help me provide effective acupuncture practice for people in need.
