Your health and well being is my priority. I'm a general practitioner helping people resolve headaches/migraines, pain, anxiety, depression, fatigue, respiratory difficulties, Lupus and more. Acupuncture is safe, natural, and effective. It strengthens the immune system by reducing stress hormones. I am a nationally board certified Acupuncturist and Chinese medicinal herbalist. In my practice I also teach Qigong (which are breathing, stretching and visualization exercises). I assist each person in achieving and maximizing his/her goals for health and well-being.
Evidence based research shows that acupuncture is effective in treating most musculoskeletal pain, and yields good results treating fatigue, anxiety, depression, and internal disorders. Acupuncture is also a useful adjunct in an integrated medical management program.
At the Acupuncture & Qigong Health Center we practice Traditional Chinese Medicine, which encompasses acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine and Qigong (health exercises). In addition when needed we use moxa, gua sha, give nutritional advice, and acupressure massage to help heal the body and improve your quality of life.
