Being an integrative medicine physician, board-certified psychiatrist, and a fifth generation traditional Chinese doctor and acupuncturist, I recognize and address all aspects of mind, body and spirit in the health of every patient who comes to see me, even when the initial reason for consultation and treatment was for physical or emotional disorders alone. I treat physical dysfunctions that no structural causes can be found such as irritable bowel syndrome, impotence, insomnia, infertility, fatigue, incontinence, tinnitus, etc. It could be social behavior problems, such as addiction to food, chemical substances, sex,, gambling etc.

My goal when entering the alternative medicine field was to be able to improve the quality of life of my patients. I provide individualized care and treatments to each of my patients based on their specific needs.

I received my education and training in Traditional Chinese Medicine(MD), in China, Liaoning Province. My post-graduate master studies included work at Chengdu University, Sichuan Province. I have held the position of Head of Accupuncture Department at two teaching universities in China. In Philadelphia, I briefly worked at the University of Pennsylvania, Children's Hospital. She has been working in an infertility clinic since 1995 and practicing in a pain management clinic as a part-time acupuncturist for 6 years. As a medical doctor and an acupuncturist trained in China, she brings 22 year experiences to her acupuncture clinic practice.

He has experience working with pain management, stress management, and helping people balance their lives. His focus as an acupuncturist and massage therapist is to help people find their true selves. Each treatment is focused entirely on the individual and tailored to fit their life.

I went to Upsala College and massage school in 1989 and Shiatsu school in 1991. I had an office in Newton N.J. for 32 years. I graduated with a Master of Science in Acupuncture in 2017. I offer home visits $90 +based on mileage. I offer appointments in Stroudsburg at my office for $80. I have many years of experience working with patients with back and neck pain.

Dr. Minchun Chen, a licensed oriental medical practitioner certified by NCCAOM, currently practices acupuncture and herbal medicine at her private practice. She is a professor at the Won Institute, which has the only Master's Degree program for acupuncture in Pennsylvania. Dr. Chen graduated from Nanjing Medical University with an MD degree in 1982. In China, she worked as an internist and endocrinologist for 8 years. Continuing her studies in Germany, she earned a PhD (1994) exploring disease-causing genes for Graves disease and Diabetes at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz. She learned acupuncture and herbology from national-renown doctors of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
