About
My approach to health is collaborative and holistic; I want to understand who you are and how the imbalance/pain/disease originated, so that we can help the body heal. I typically employ deep acupressure before doing acupuncture, a unique style, and use food, herbs and supplements to strengthen the body. I enjoy teaching people about the traditional oriental philosophy and methods, and also teach relaxation practices and yoga poses.
I have been in practice for over 25 years and feel very confident in my ability to help alleviate pain through acupressure, acupuncture, movement therapies, cupping, and internal/external herbal remedies. I also really enjoy working with women on hormonal issues such as pre-menstrual complaints, menopausal imbalance, pregnancy/infertility.
