About
Through my practice as a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist I am continually learning from my patients as they demonstrate their resilience and unique gifts while moving through health challenges. Whether I am helping a woman during the transition of menopause or lessening the pain of an athlete’s shoulder or supporting a person as he lets go of his long time dependency to pain medications, I am honored to be invited into each person’s process of healing and recovery.
Individuals typically come to see me for help with chronic pain, migraines, alcoholism, pharmaceutical and recreational drug addiction, PMS, stress, weight gain, depression and anxiety.
Through education, counseling, and the use of natural therapeutic methods and substances including acupuncture, nutritional counseling and naturopathic medicine, I emphasize nature's inherent self-healing process. This allows change to occur with more ease and self-acceptance and helps integrate body, mind and spirit.
