I focus on empowering patients to address all of their health concerns in the context of holistic wellness, using all of the traditional modalities of Asian medicine. My initial intake involves a comprehensive assessment and pulse diagnosis, during which we will discover the health initiatives which are most important to you, and prioritize them together according to your diagnosed imbalances. Using an integral approach involving acupuncture, mental health and wellness counseling, herbs, and western medical theories, we can successfully address all components of nearly any health challenge: body, mind and spirit.
As Kai Cho (Headmaster) of a 23-generation old Japanese healing tradition, I am uniquely-qualified to help patients not only address their presenting symptoms, but cultivate enduring holistic wellness in the process. This is accomplished by learning both simple daily wellness habits, and inspiring ancient exercises and meditations if there is interest.
Kosho Shorei Ryu is an art founded in 1235 ad in Japan. As its senior American healing arts practitioner, I am able to offer patients many options for effective care. Training and practicing since 1992, I have learned the best acupuncture techniques of world-class teachers, but my greatest gift to patients is helping you to embody your best self.
