I am the owner and director of the Bronx Community Wellness Center, a pioneer eastern medicine clinic in the heart of Westchester Square. I also have a private located in Union Square, Manhattan. Although I treat numerous conditions, I tend to specialize in pain management, digestive disorders, emotional issues, and facial rejuvenation. My goal with every treatment is to alleviate pain, treat disease, and promote general health to prevent disease. Yan Yan Yu, LAc graduated from Liao Ning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1982 and practiced at Acupuncture at Liao Ning University Hospital of Traditional Medicine before moving to the United States. She has over 40 years of experience in treating patients with internal medicine, OB/GYN, infertility, to pain management aliments, and specializes in Acupuncture, herbal medicine, moxibustion, and cupping techniques.

Our mission is to service the whole person through a conglomeration of different modalities including Acupuncture, Microneedling, Salt Caves and Massage. We offer Cupping, E-Stim, GuaSha, Moxibustion & Tui-Na. We work together with our clients to achieve complete wellness in a therapeutic and relaxing environment. 20 years ago, a fifty years old male patient came to my clinic and asked for a few minutes of conversation with me. Dr.Frank Zhao is an Acupuncture expert who has been practicing for over 40 years. He graduated from Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and obtained his MD in TCM in 1984. He obtained his MD & Ph.D. in Neurology and Neurologic Science from Tokyo Medical and Dental University. He was the director of the Acupuncture Dept. in China, a Research Fellow in the field of Herb and Acupuncture at Harvard Medical School. He is Vice Chairman of the World Manipulative Medical Association, Professor of New York College of Health Professions, Board Member of United Alliance of NYS Licensed Acupuncturists.
