I have also developed a 10-week integrated anti-aging and health improvement program to accelerate the achievement of health goals, help you feel better and more vibrant, and to improve the overall quality of life. The program "10+" incorporates acupuncture, herbs, movement therapy (yoga, qigong) with active lifestyle coaching over a 10-week period.
