While growing up she learned about a wide variety of herbs, and became natural to gaining extensive knowledge about herbal medicine from her families' business. She has a passion for Holistic treatment and she studied at South Baylo University, where she received her Ph.D degree specializing in Fertility. During her internships, she was awarded with a best internship award, and service award. In 2015 she was awarded patients choice Best Practitioner in the Inland Empire.

Dr.Ghim Lam, D.A.O.M. As an acupuncturist, my ultimate objective is to help the patients to feel the renewed sense of energy and obtain their maximum health potential. I focus on treating the root of pain, in other words, finding the cause of pain and prevent further aggravation. Acupuncture treatment is 45 minutes to an hour-long session, and areas of expertise mainly include pain management, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, sleep disorder, rheumatoid arthritis, sexual dysfunction, and infertility problems for both men and women.
